Privacy statement agreement and marketing
Your personal data (name, email address) is processed by BKSI BV for customer management purposes based on the contractual relationship resulting from your assignment/placed order, in the context of various legal obligations (our liability, retention obligation, accounting law), and for direct marketing purposes (to possibly offer you new services) based on our legitimate business interests. The processing is always carried out by the manager.
We inform you that during the assignment granted to us and/or the execution of a placed order, we cannot delete your data in order to guarantee our services. After the completion of the assignment (possibly by you), we are legally obliged to retain your personal data for 10 more years due to applicable legal obligations. The data we then retain and archive will only be those necessary in the context of the legal obligation.
We must inform you that your personal data may be disclosed to third parties in the context of the assignment granted to us and in execution of a legal obligation. You may always inquire with us about this, and we will inform you of the third parties with whom your data has been shared.
If you do not wish for us to process your data for direct marketing purposes, simply let us know at info@bksi.be. Via that email address, you may also inquire about what data we process about you and request to have it corrected or deleted (the latter only insofar as possible in light of the granted assignment/placed order and legal obligations).
If the data you provided to us is incorrect and you request a correction, you may also, to the extent possible, request that the processing of your data be restricted.
All services provided in the context of the rights granted to you by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are, within reasonable limits, free of charge.
